Booking Terms

Clear and transparent terms to ensure a seamless booking experience.

Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is payable at check-in.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Occupancy

Room rates are based on double occupancy for couple rooms and quad occupancy for family rooms. Extra guests may be accommodated at additional charges.

Meals

All rates include Dinner & Breakfast. Lunch is available at an additional cost. Special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in: 100% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days: Non-refundable.

Payment Methods

We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers. Payments are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway.

Additional Information

Please review these additional terms before confirming your booking

ID Proof: Valid government-issued ID is required for all guests at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driver's License).
Child Policy: Children below 5 years stay complimentary. Children above 5 years are charged as extra adults.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property to ensure comfort for all guests.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to property during their stay. Charges will be applied accordingly.
Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Speeds may vary due to the hill location.
Pool Policy: Pool is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
